: ** To view a given document, double-click the document line, or highlight the document line and select (1) the View Document button, or (2) the View|Document menu/command.

** To return to the search screens, select the Return to Search button to return to the most recent search construct, or select one of the three search tool bar buttons.

** The content of the columns is determined by the search constructed.

Part Number Searches

Column 1 will contain the part number(s) on the document matching the search criteria.

Column 2 will contain the document title.

Keyword Searches

Column 1 will contain the part number(s) on the document matching the search criteria.

Column 2 will contain the document title.

Parametric Searches

Column 1 will contain the part number(s) on the document matching the search criteria.

Column 2 will contains the value of the parameter selected on the search grid.

** The order of the columns can be saved via the Preferences dialog accessed by the Preferences command on the File menu.

** The columns on the search results grid are sizable. To resize, place the cursor on the right edge if a column head. The cursor will change to a +. Press, hold, and drag the mouse to the width desired.

** The contents of the rows on the search results grid can be sorted, ascending or descending, by clicking on the column head. Each subsequent click will toggle between an ascending and descending sort.
